While I am able to highlight pdf files downloaded directly from any site, I was not able to do the highlightings if I use the print option to print a copy of the opened .pdf file in order to save it as pdf.  The higlighted text spread over a few column vertically instead of just the text itself! See attached!

According to Microsoft support this is Adobe Reader incompatibility with Windows 10.

Please advise how to fix this issue?

The Accessibility presentation is amazing! Thanks for highlighting the issues faced by persons with disabilities and making special features to accommodate diversity and inclusion. Adobe's policies reflect a compassionate and empowering approach to address the needs of persons with disability. It is crucial for children and adults in schools, colleges and workplace.

Few suggestions

1. Since most of the features for making a PDF 'accessible' for Persons with Disabilities are only available in Adobe Acrobat Pro, it might be expensive for people in low and middle income countries. Persons with disabilities may have to use other softwares and assistive devices to cope up with the challenges. The pricing may be relaxed (although the annual plan is 40% cheaper than monthly plan).

2. The use of features and add-ins would definitely help.

3. Post the FAQs individally in the community from the presentation.
