Adobe DC emailed fillable form cant open

I added an email button in DC and sent out the form, when admin fills it out and hits send, I get an error message that reads: The file you are attemptint to open contains comments or form data that are supposed to be placed on. This document cannot be found. I tmay have been removed, or deleted. Woud you like to browse to attempt to locate this document? I dont know how to fix this, please help.
