Adobe DC Pro could not send error

When a user in our organiation attempts to requet signatures using Adobe Sign through Adobe DC they are met with an error.

After entering the recipents email address and clicking "specify where to sign" they get the error

"Could not complete request"

An error occured connecting to the service. Please try again later. 

This was working for the user up until the end of last week.
