Adobe DC Problems with fillable field

Dear Members,

I´m frustrated about making a fillable file with Adobe DC. I made all fields with the optin text fields, but people, who have to fill it out and do not have DC, have to make a excel sheet in this field. All excel formatting is lost then. What do I make wrong? How can I solve this problem?

If they have an earlier version of Reader then you would need to Reader-Enable the file for them to be able to save it using the filled in values. You can do that via File - Save As Other - Reader Extended PDF - Enable More Tools.
