I have installed and Paid for Acrobat DC but this wont activate now the trial has expired?

I paid for Adobe Acrobat DC or Adobe Acrobat DC Installer.  I want to be able to edit Adobe PDF documents.  I keep receiving a message saying my trial has expired, but I paid with a credit card and am being billed.  Please assist. This has been going on for MONTHS!
