Adobe Document Cloud and Sharepoint - PDFs are jumbled in doucment cloud

We have Adobe Pro subscriptions for our users.  I have some users here that work in a SharePoint site and edit PDFs regularly.  They installed this app a while ago that lets you work easily in the Adobe document cloud while opening the PDFs in Sharepoint.  (it was installed from here: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/o365pdf/start.html)

It had been working fine but last Friday, when they open the same files they have been working with for a while, the data in the fields are all jumbled, off the page, and is just not lining up.  If I open the document with the local Adobe Pro program, it is fine, but in the Adobe cloud where it opens by default when you open the files in SharePoint, it is all jumbled.

When we open the PDF from inside SharePoint, it opens in a link like this and the data does not line up in the fields as it does in the Adobe Pro version we have installed on the desktop: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/spodintegration/index.html?locale=en-us

Any ideas in what I can check to fix this?  I made sure the computers were fully patched, we tried Chrome (what the users usually work in), Firefox and Edge with the same results.  All browsers were up to date.  I am not sure what happened.
