Adobe Document Cloud enters an infinite redirect/reload loop.

My Adobe account login works correctly, but Adobe Document Cloud enters an infinite redirect/reload loop.

Problem URL:
https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

I have an active Acrobat Export PDF subscription.

The problem occurs:
- on multiple browsers (Firefox and Edge)
- after clearing cookies/cache
- on different networks including mobile hotspot

I can log into account.adobe.com successfully.

What is the problem?

Maybe check/reset my Document Cloud entitlement or authentication binding?
