Adobe document cloud files not showing up in the app

Files in my document cloud are not showing up in the app.

I can find them under the https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ address and on my mac.

Restarting, uninstalling and installing, signing in and out and all easy to do options were not helpful.

Any suggestions?

The acrobat reader is not a reliable app at all.
