Adobe doesn't open at all

Hi everybody,

  I can't open Adobe Reader since this morning, after Windows update 24H2. I have disinstalled Adobe and reinstalled, I have set the compatibility to Windows 8, I have forced stop of Adobe and restarted. The message is still "a running instance of Acrobat  has caused an error".

Adobe doesn't work .

How can I solve my problem?
