Adobe download set up question...

Just paid for 5 licences, went to set up from link provided by adobe and it will only allow a trial version....WTF ????

Really disappointed, and had no idea tech support was going to be a chat forum after paying $780.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with installing and running the software immediately following purchase it

Let us know what Operating System (e.g. Window 10), you are installing the licenses on, and whether you purchased subscription based licenses (pay annually/monthly) or perpetual (pay once and lifetime licence).

Also did you purchase Acrobat DC Pro or Standard?  Hopefully the team of volunteers on these forums will be able to help resolve the issue for you.

If you've purchased subscription try this:

  1. Launch Creative Cloud Desktop Application.
  2. Click Gear-icon in top right, and choose Preferences
  3. Click Sign-Out
  4. Restart computer
  5. Launch Creative Cloud Desktop Application.
  6. Click Gear-icon in top right, and choose Preferences
  7. Click Sign-In and enter the Adobe ID and Password registered against the purchase.
