Adobe E-Sign saying no internet connection

Suddenly today I cannot request E signatures on a pdf document.  Message is there is no internet connection but there is.  We have had a time clock change over the weekend but my computer clock is correct.  Please help as very frustrating and it seems I cannot contact Adobe directly about this.
