Adobe e Signatur anfordern

Question

Hallo zusammen,

nach einer Neuinstallation von Adobe (nach PC Problemen) kann ich über die App auf dem PC keine E-Signatur mehr anfordern. Dies geht nur noch online im Webbrowser.

Adobe Sign ist in meinem Abo aber enthalten.

Wie kann das Problem behoben werden?

Sorry for the troubled experience and delayed response.

With the limited information available, I am assuming you have an IT-managed machine. Your IT admin may have customized the Acrobat setup, which may have disabled online service with the product.

If that is not the case and the issue is still reproducible, please let us know the current version of Acrobat installed and the OS name and version.
