Hello.

One of my users would like to do the following:

1. Convert multiple PDF files to PDF/A in the most efficient way instead of doing it individually.

2. Flatten a document after applying a basestamp number on a legal document.

Let me know if these are possible!

Can you be more specific which action?

An "Action" is a batch process that runs within Acrobat Pro.

They make the action (or you make it for them).

Acrobat Pro DC has the Action tool which can automate tasks that can be created to process a single file. selected files, or a folder of files.
