@Bad service You're right, seeing a persistent error like "An error occurred. Please try again." for an essential process like plan cancellation is certainly not ideal! To help you most effectively, it's crucial to determine where you originally purchased your Adobe plan. Did you subscribe directly through the Adobe website, or did you purchase your subscription via a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices)?

The reason this distinction is so important is because:

  • If you purchased directly from Adobe.com they (and you) would have full access to your subscription details and could directly assist with the cancellation process or troubleshoot the error from our end.

  • If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store: Even though it's an Adobe product, the billing and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple or Google, respectively. In such cases, Adobe does not have the ability to directly cancel your plan or issue a refund. You would need to manage the subscription and initiate the cancellation directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
