adobe export pdf sub

I can't see a way I can email Adobe so I am trying posting on here. I signed up for Adobe PDF just over a year as I was frantically in need of using PDF and saw no other choice. I was under the impression I was only signing up for one year and was not expecting any renewal or repeat subscription. Therefore I was surprised last month to see 'card payment to adobe exportpd sub, 21.14' on my bank statement. As far as I am concerned I did not authorise any bank payments.
I have since logged into my adobe account and cancelled a subscription I was apparently on (after retrieving sign in details). However I was not aware I was signing up to something that would be renewed each year. In the last year I have found Adobe either difficult to use or simply nopt compatible with different Windows systems and I therefore use another software package.
I would be grateful if the £21.14 would be refunded to me ASAP. Could someone from Adobe please get in touch with me to organise this.
