Adobe Exterprise License Expired - Lost FIles

Question

Our corproate license expired and when renewed, our files are missing in the cloud.  Is there a way to retreive the files or are they deleted forever?

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Did you renew the license on the same email address it used to be, or there's a new email registered for re-purchase?

Your Adobe Cloud storage is associated with the email address. If it's the same, then the file should be accessible. Log in on the web to see if your files are there: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/
