Adobe file showing wrong information when opened

I have a PDF file attached to an email in outlook. When I preview the file it shows the correct information on the PDF form, but if I open it or save it and open it, it shows information from an older form. Anyone know what to do?

It sounds like you are opening a different version after you save it. Did you try "Save As" with a different name and/or location?

If the PDF is already filled, please ensure that you are opening the correct file.

If the issue still occurs, please share the screen recording of how you save the PDF and what happens when you open the PDF.
