Is the Font Library incuded with my Acrobat subscription?

Exactly what do you mean by the Font Library?

 

If you are referring to the Adobe Font Folio, the answer is no!

 

If you are referring to the Adobe Fonts service that allows you to access (but not download) a wide range of Adobe Original and a large number of other font families, the answer is yes!
