Adobe Free Trial won't start -says it expired

I just created an account on a friends computer and wanted to try Adobe Dc Pro but after downloading it, the page says I must purchase it and that my trial has expired. It is possible another person has had a trial on their personal acct on this computer. How can I get my own trial?

Yes, it's possible. Adobe trials are tied to the computer as well as to the Adobe ID. If you haven't yet used your free trial, try downloading to another computer.

trials are linked to computers only, not adobe id.  a single use can install many trials as long as they're each on a different computer.

on the other hand, multiple users cannot install more than one trial one any one computer.
