Adobe Generative AI features

Question

Hi,

We are currently exploring changing our company Info Sec Policy to include AI and the Adobe AI feature has come up in conversation. Whilst I appreciate this is currently Beta, I was hoping to find more information around a centralised organisation consent with regard to processing company documents as these will be shared to the cloud from my understanding. Is this something we can opt out of as a business or is it a user-by-user setting?
