I canceled a $79.99 subscription on 6 September 2023 and was refunded my money. However, since 7th October 2023, Adobe has been taking automatic payments of $39.59 out of my PayPal account for 7 months without my knowledge or approval, i have never purchased or signed up to anything from Adobe since i canceled back in September. That's over $277. When i went into my account and tried to log this issue, there was a message saying that it would be a $150 early cancelation fee??? I havent even signed up to anything! I have raised this with PayPal and will take this further, as customer service are not helping me.

i just had this issue too, what is really deceitful is that they dont notify you with a receipt so you can stop the payments!!!  they use dirty tactics hoping you dont realise them helping themselves to your hard earned money!!! disgusting!! i told them i would take it further with a legal body and they soon changed their tune!!! greedy, bad business company!!!

I've been dealing with the same issue, I canceled my plan months after using it for a specific purpose. There were even instances where adoba acrobat would try to read a PDF and it said I didn't have an active account....

Getting charged for 7 months, without your knowledge is hard to believe. Check your e-mails for cancellation and subscription confirmations.

If in doubt, ask the forum.
