Hi,

 

I integrated the document signing feature with Adobe, but after logging into the Adobe account, I encountered the following error:

"Please login as an authorized signer in order to view and sign this document."

Could someone please help me resolve this issue?

@shree_0050 how I read this is the email address you are logged into your Adobe account might be different from the email address the document was sent to for signing. Double-check the email address the document was sent to and ensure you are logged into that exact same Adobe account. Also, try to open the document and sign directly within the Adobe Acrobat desktop application (not just a browser tab)
