Adobe is activated, but Adobe 3D reviewer says that "acrobat pro extended must be activated to use a

I get the error, "acrobat pro extended must be activated to use adobe 3d reviewer" even though my Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended is activated. I can live without it but does anyone know how to fix this?

It just won't let me access the app Adobe 3D Reviewer.
