adobe is not picking up boxes

Hi there,

When I create a doc in word and then try to edit in adobe, adobe is not picking up all of the boxes and placing fields in them.  It will randomly assign a text box to one square and then two. I spend quite a bit of time resizing and adding text boxes only for it not to save. Any suggestions? Thanks!
