Adobe is not showing up as purchased

I purchased the monthly Adobe Acrobat service after using the trial and it not showing up as purchased. its still kicking me out and saying that my trial has expired. Please fix this ASAP. I have a deadline.

Can you confirm that Acrobat is logging in to your paid-for account?  In the upper right, you should see the account represented.  Click it to check that it is connected with the right account information.
