Adobe Licensing Issues

I have an existing Adobe Pro License on my account, but when I download Adobe Acrobat to my computer, most editing tools are greyed out.

I have verified this with multiple files and verified I am not in Adobe Reader.

I also downloaded the Adobe Licencing Checker to see if my license had expired, which it has not.

Hi jtodd_3229,

Thank you for reaching out.

The options appear as greyed out initially. They get enabled when you select the text and object in the PDF. As per the selection, the feature will be enabled.

Please try again. Open a PDF and select the text or object in the PDF. Then, check whether these options are enabled or not.

Let us know if you still experience the issue.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
