Question

adobe licensing wf has stopped working error message

I have Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB plan and I use the downloaded version of Adobe Acrobat Pro on my Windows desktop for my law practice. It has worked without fail until today and now I get the above error message anytime I try to use the desktop version. I have run the repair utility (which popped up in a cmd window - 1 time) and I am still getting the error message. Help!

I got the error message "Adobe Licensing WF has stopped working" and the app shuts down.

I have previously used Adobe Pro without trouble and was trying to send a client a document for e-signature.

I was able to access that feature through what appears to be the internet access to my account --- but the App on my computer still does not function.

What is the suggested fix?

Adobe tech logged into my computer for two hours to fix problem. It's
caused by faulty updates. Call Adobe. Good luck!

Same issue here today.  Nothing helps including so called recovery  tool.  This a paid plan!

My Adobe Acrobat is also running terribly. I tried going through the various troubleshooting steps but alas, nothing seems to help.

I also use Creative Cloud and the downloaded version of Adobe Acrobat on Windows and just started getting the same error message you're reporting.
