I believe there was an update recently and the option to change scale and ratio has disappeared from the tool options. Is there a new way or what happened?

Hi,

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the trouble.

You can find the scale and ratio in the New Acrobat by navigating to Menu > View > Show/Hide > Rulers and Grid.
To turn on or off the Snap to Grid option:

Select the hamburger menu on Windows> View > Show/Hide > Rulers & Grids > Snap to Grid.
On macOS: Go to View > Show/Hide > Rulers & Grids > Snap to Grid.

Could you confirm if you're using a Mac or Windows machine? If possible, please share a screenshot showing where the option isn’t visible.

I am having the same issue. I need to change the scale ratio of the measuring tool, but the option isn't where it used to be. I followed the "snap the grid" instructions, but that still hasn't allowed me to change the scale of the measuring tool. I used to be able to do this with no issue and my coworkers still can, but no one has been able to figure out how to find the option on my system. (Windows 10.0.19045)

If you revert back to the old version it still works
