Adobe: no longer able to fill in a working form, live!

Ive been working on filling out a form for weeks.

I would save with Adobe and then the following day, open and continue to enter info without issue.

Now, when I open the form, it is no longer live!

PLEASE HELP. IM SO NOT COMPUTER SAVVY

Hi Sharon,

 

When you say upon opening the form its not live, does it mean that you are unable to fill out the form as its fields are not editable anymore?

Cause:

Have you signed this form before saving? If yes, then signing locks the PDF. Once done, you can no longer edit or fill it. Signature secures the form and restrict it from making any changes.

Solution:

Open the Original form (blank one) and see if that's fillable. 

 

Also, let us know the exact version of Adobe application you used to fill it out.

That's not entirely accurate. If they signed the file using a digital signature field they can clear that signature and the fields should become available to edit once more.
