Adobe no longer see's hardware token Digital ID in macOS Catalina

I recently upgraded my Mac to Catalina and Adobe Acrobat is no longer seeing my US military CAC digital certificate connected through a USB smart card reader.  The certificates populate in keychain and work flawlessly in safari and chrome web browsers, but for some reason, Acrobat can't see the certs in the new OS, thus preventing me from digitally signing forms. Looking for tips to resolve.

I'm using Acrobat Pro DC 2015 release, build version 15.6.30504.352990

Hi,

if you've recently upgraded see here: https://militarycac.com/macuninstall.htm

If you also need to uninstall and reinstall go here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2015-downloads.html

Check also in your macOS if security settings have changed for your mac extensions; enable/disable accordingly to see if this also help as a workaround.
