Adobe not recognizing my paid subscription - keeps telling me to subscribe
I purchased a new (but different) Adobe subscription in advance of my current one expiring. Now that the original expired (acrobat pro DC) I have to come to the Adobe site to use my new subscription (Acrobat DC). I have tried deleting the old software from my mac and downloading the new - and it keeps reverting back to Acrobat Pro DC and telling me my subscription has expired.
Please help. I'm sure it is something simple I have missed.
