Adobe Not responding issue

We are facing issue with Adobe after installing the Win10 1809, Can anyone help me in this.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described the application is not responding

 

Is this a behavior with a particular file or function or is it happening at random with all the files?

 

Please update the application to the new version 20.009.20067 available from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once and check.

 

You may also try to repair the installation go to Help > Repair Installation and see if that makes any difference.
