Adobe not working after Motherboard replaced

My motherboard recently had to be replaced. Adobe was working just fine before his MB was replaced. Since the new MB replacement it now tells me it is already activated on 2 computers and my serial # fails to load.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated, since adobe doesn't have phone support for this product.

Information about the laptop:

Windows 7

Adobe X Pro

If any need anymore information, please let me know.

you must deactivate one of your prior two installs.

obviously you can't do it on the computer with the failed mobo, and if you cannot on the other computer, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and request an 'activation count reset'.

ask for nothing else and make it clear asap that's all you're requesting.
