To do that you would need to add a field to the file and use a script to increment its value between each print, and also print each copy in a separate command. You can't use the "Numer of Copies" field in the Print dialog to do it, as all of those copies are identical (unless you have a professional printer which can tag each copy with a unique value, but then you probably wouldn't ask this question).
