Adobe PDF Acrobat Sheets pasting issue

In Adobe PDF Acrobat, after copying and pasting 30-40 pages, the automatic paste option doesn't appear. I can't do this while copying pages. Don't misunderstand me.

I have Acrobat Pro v 2026.001.21431, 64 bit, using Windows 10; however, this issue is also on Windows 11 and like I said, was working fine up until a few weeks ago.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the issues you've encountered with the application.

As mentioned, the automatic paste options do not appear after copying and pasting 30-40 pages. Please try repairing the application installation. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Repair Installation and see if that resolves the issue.

If you continue to experience the same behaviour, please provide a video demonstrating what happens when you copy and paste pages. Additionally, include the Acrobat and operating system version numbers from your machine so we can determine if this is expected behaviour.

You might also consider adding pages using the “Insert Pages” option. Here are the steps to do this:

Open the destination PDF
Go to Tools → Organize Pages
Click Insert → From File
Select the source PDF
Specify the page range and insert location.

I’m having a similar issue. I’m trying to copy and paste pages from one pdf to another. I used to be able to do this up until a few weeks ago without issue. Now when I select and copy the pages I need, I go to the second pdf and make the blue cursor appear where I need to paste, and there is no option to paste. Instead, I have to right click the page preceding where I need the pages pasted, and click paste that way. Not sure why the option to paste has suddenly disappeared from the blue cursor?

If you have already tried the troubleshooting steps above, could you please share a short video showing the issue? It will help us to understand the workflow and replicate it.

Please share the Acrobat and OS version numbers that are currently in use. We will get this further investigated.
