Adobe PDF convert to Word

Adobe Acrobat appears to be having issues in Export PDF, our subscription is for this service however since the most recent update we appear to be unable to do this function. Would there be any specific reason or fix that you can offer to overcome this issue?

We are investigating this on priority. Could you please share some more information with us to drill down further?


1- Do you see an error with ExportPDF or you see a blank view?

2- Can you share a screenshot of the issue?

3- Could you please check what is the folder path shown in "CEF_DIR" key at the following registry -
(if you have Adobe Reader) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\Installer or
(if you have Adobe Acrobat) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\Installer?

and if that folder path actually exists on your machine?

 

To check the above registry, please go to Start->type "regedit" and press <ENTER> key. This will open registry editor.

Hi,

 

Thanks for your bug report. Could you please elaborate the issue that you're facing, a bit more?

Also could you please share:

  • the version of the Acrobat?
  • whether it's a file-specific/machine-specific issue or not?
  • the exact workflow that you're performing?

We currently use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and up until the most recent update by Adobe we were able to open a PDF document and export the document to either Word, Excel etc., by pressing on the Export PDF (down arrow) option on the  side bar located on the right side of the document.

 

The problem appears to be on all documents and computers. We can no longer Export PDF although we pay for Adobe Acrobat Export PDF.

We apologize for the inconvinience. We understand that you are not able to use Export PDF app. Can you let us know the error you are observing? Kindly,also share a screenshot for the same.

 

Also, can you check if it is working for you on https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/acrobat/export-pdf/ with the same ID?
