Adobe PDF Pack vs Pro - Zoom and other missing features

I am feeling extremely frustrated with the PDF pack.  For example, the website suggests that both the PDF pack and Adobe Pro offer the ability to organize pages.  But what it doesn't seem to tell you is that the PDF pack is a more limited version of all the feastures.  For example, PDF pack and PRO allow you to organize pages.  But with PDF pack, your only view of the pages is mini thumbnails which do not allow you to actually see what is on each page to know which pages you are looking for.

I'm told there is a zoom festure in Pro/Organize Pages, but not in the PDF pack.  This is just one example of noticeable differences between the products despite the fact that the website indicates both have the same features. 

Is there a way around this or am I forced to upgrade to the Pro version if I want a product that is actually useful?
