Adobe PDF pro home section missing tools and welcome, name

hi,

Just recently, when opening Adobe PDF pro for Windows, I noticed that in the home section, I cannot see the welcome to Acrobat and my name. There are only a couple of recommended tools. How can I fix it?

It appeared after installing or reinstalling, but gone afterwards.

Right after the screen stating tour Acrobat, the issue appears.
