Question

Adobe Preflight profiles are empty

I tried to de-install and re-install but the problem is still there.

I work with Windows 11 and I have a new laptop and after installing all the programms this is the only but heavy problem I deal with.

When I try to import the .kfp I get the information that this does not work?

What can I do?

In Acrobat "Preferences" -> "Security (Enhanced)" -> "Sandbox Protections" -> uncheck option "Enable Protected Mode at startup".

Sorry about the delay in response.

The preflight feature is not available for the Web version. As the suggestion does not help, please share the details as asked below:

Thanks,

Dear Tariq,

unfortunately this don't solve the problem.
After the new installation I additional setup the computer and this also not solve the problem.
I tried to use the webversion of acrobat but there is no preflight - or haven't I see the preflight in the webversion and you could help me out by navigating to it?
