Adobe Print to PDF Erorr - Distiller Error

Question

Hello,

I am currently running into issues printing to PDF. Here is the Distiller log provided below:

%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%

%%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: qu? ]%%

Stack:

-save-

%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%

%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

Any idea as to why it's doing this?

Any asssistance would be much appreciated, thanks!

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Have you started experiencing this issue recently, or was it occurring earlier as well? Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try to print a different PDF file and check. Also, make sure the PDF does not have any kind of restriction applied (Password or Digital Signature).
