adobe printer setup problems

Question

Hi all, I have a problem with the Adobe printer preferences configuration, periodically it ignores the settings and resets to default, below are two images of the correct configuration and the default configuration.

and this is the configuration that reappears by itself after a few days:

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your feedback. Sorry for the troubled experience.
I can think of one reason why this may reappear after a few days: It is possible that your computer is IT-managed, and some group policies are wiping your preferences saved on your machine to your system profile.
If this is not an IT-managed machine and is your personal computer managed by you, let us know when the problem started to appear and the name of the OS and version. Also the Acrobat version.
