Dear community ,

 

i have opted for an dobe pro , after log in inside the tool , i am unable to see the pro features how to solve this issue ?

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

 

We checked your Adobe account using the email address you used to log in to the community and saw that you have an Enterprise account associated with the Adobe ID (email). We also see an Acrobat Team Subscription, and a license is assigned to you. If the Acrobat Pro app is already installed on the computer, please sign out of the app, sign in again, and, during the initial sign-in, choose the Enterprise sign-in option. If Acrobat is not installed, download it from the official website using this URL: https://adobe.ly/4liFKq5

You can also use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to do a fresh re-installation, remove the currently installed app, restart the machine, and download Acrobat.
