Adobe Pro - Adobe remote update

I try to update Adobe pro with using Adobe Rum. 
It find the update, but then say it cannot update.

I guess it is because adobe pro applications has integrations into other products, so if they are open, it cannot upgrade. I have looked in the logs, but I cannot find anything saying specific what need to be closed.

So my question is, installing adobe pro, which integrations does it have to other applications. So if Photoshop, Outlook, chrome - are they something adobe pro add integrations to and need to be closed before update will work ?
