Adobe Pro Crashing on startup

Installed Acrobat through the play store on my tablet (android 7.1).  As soon as I started it it crashed,  this happened every time I’d start it.  Asked the AI Assistant and followed all the suggestions it came up with that I could.  (apps etc. that are only for windows or mac are no good to me).  Finally after trying for over a week to fix this My only option was to uninstall tghe app and reinstall.  Now when I sart the app it doesn’t crash immediately but still crashes.  I,m due to pay for this subscription in a few days and I don’t want to pay for something that doesn’t even work.
