ADOBE PRO CRASHING or not responding

Please help!!

I am constantly having issues with my ADOBE Pro..

Sometimes it works, sometimes it crashes, sometimes my files do not open up and I have to close them out in Task Manager. VERY frustrating to have these things happen during my work day!

Very similar issue here with Pro 2024.002.20895.

 

The user complains that at least once a week, Acrobat crashes with no other info (eg no error message) when opening PDF files. Where the file is opened from or what it contains does not seem to matter. Rebooting the system provides temporary relief.

Right now I  am uninstalling and reinstalling and hoping this fixes my issues.. I hope we can get some answers. I use Google as my platform, not Microsoft edge.
