Adobe Pro DC Actions -> disable the "do you want to save changes before closing" prompt

Hi, I've read lot of posts about how to disable the "do you want to save changes before closing" prompt, but none are working yet.  I've disabled Protected Mode  and the Autosave in Preferences.  I make sure I save to a local folder in my Action.  But the prompt will not go away.  Any advice?

      Do you want the document to be saved without prompt?

      Or do you want the document not to be saved without prompt?

      is this happening even though you are not consciously changing the PDF (including notes and form filling)?

       

      Or, do you want to change the PDF then close without the prompt?
