Adobe Pro DC - java script for forms

Hi, I have no knowledge in Java script and have taken some from various places online. I'm now lost with what I should be using and when I have tried to modify some scripts, they aren't working as expected. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You need to provide more details... Starting with what you're trying to achieve, what code you're currently using, and what the results are of running it. Also, are you looking to learn how to write such code, or to have someone do it for you? If the latter, are you willing to pay for it, if it's not a trivial task?
