Adobe Pro DC - open PDF without signing in

With Adobe Pro DC is it possible to open a pdf without signing in?  Just open and read not edit.  Our conference room has Adobe Pro on it.  So a lot of users are in and out, when we're in the office.    If they just want to open a pdf, they have to sign in.     We have working parties that sign in and edit pdf's also, so I have to have Adobe Pro on the machine.   Our Secuitry team doesn't want pdf's opening in browsers.

How do I make this work?  Do I need to install Adobe Reader?

You have to sign in to Reader too, now.
