No, I have the disc version. I was able to get a link from the Adobe Care person via Twitter and the issue is solved. Thank you!

do you have a subscription?  if so, install using the cc desktop app from https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

or do you have a perpetual license?

and confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers.
