Question

Adobe Pro installed, no options for adding Adobe Print to PDF

I have several users in the environment that are looking for the Adobe Print to PDF option, but it is unavailable. Trying to add manually but not getting the .pdf option for using an existing port. Not getting any luck with researching this. Is there any steps I can follow to get this added manually without having the normal options available.

Try this: Help menu : Repair installation

Tried this and nothing happens. We are completely missing the Adobe Print to PDF drivers and I am completely unable to find them online. In places I worked in the past this was automatically installed whenever Adobe Pro or Standard was installed and if it failed to install on its own we could run Repair Installatio or manually add the printer, however I have never seen Adobe just not install the PDF Printer files at all.

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version?

Working on getting the version of Adobe but users are currently unavailable for me to grab that. We use Win10.
